Unleashed sound: Airpods Max with a new USB-C audio update in the test

Apple released the headphones in a slightly revised version in autumn 2024. But only now, with a software update in April, does he let his muscles play. Reason enough for Mac & I to test the Airpods Max with USB-C in this version.

Visually, the current variant differs from the refreshed colors and the USB-C port from the predecessor with Lightning port. In contrast to most other manufacturers, Apple at the Max does without intrusive logos on the listener.

The listeners remain unmistakable with its aluminum and valuable housing made of aluminum and the steel bracket, which is covered with a plastic mesh.
