Apple will officially show the iPhone 17 series in a few days, and we will see the pretty new new camera design on the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max. And although until the subsequent Samsung flagships of the Galaxy S series remain months, at least one of them may be received a dose of inspiration by the new top models of The apple.
It’s about the second generation of Ultrathro A proposal from the Korean company – the Galaxy S26 Edge, which, if we believe in leaked images and models of the last few days, will receive a rather tangible camera island that resembles a lot of doubt that we expect to see at the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max on September 9th.
The reason for this possible change remains a mystery so far, but according to rumors, including the island in the final equation, the thickness of the Galaxy S26 EDGE will reach as much as 10.8 mm. A similar move seemed to be a distant model from the original idea of its existence.
In addition to a change in cameras’ design, multiple analysts expect the S26 Edge to receive a number of quite pleasant improvements that the brand fans will surely enjoy seeing.
These should include the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, a larger battery, with a capacity of 4200 mAh, a brand new 50 MP ultrasound camera, and the ability to charge Qi2 wireless, via magnets.
Will Samsung resort to this drastic change in design of its Ultrathon A smartphone, so soon after its initial marketing, remains to be seen in the coming months.
