Apple's map service had to struggle with a strange display error on Sunday. In the United States, users were exceptionally prominent in the luggage expenses of individual airports, even if they zoomed out completely. These were still in the field of vision even when the whole globe was seen.
The bug was apparently First noted by users on Redditwho initially believed in an operating error. In fact, the point-of-interest symbols could not be hidden, which is why a backend error at Apple can be assumed. In the meantime, no new reports can be read about it, which is why Apple has probably already fixed the mistake. A software update does not seem to be necessary for this.
Usually only on indoor cards
The bug could be observed on iPhones, iPads and on the Mac. The error was also strange that individual airports were affected, but most of the display worked completely normally.
Usually the luggage expenses only appear if you are zoomed in close to airports. Then the indoor map function, which Apple offers, also offers for larger shopping centers.
Errors in Apple cards arouse memories of the start of the service in 2012. Apple had to deal with numerous mistakes at the time that the iPhone manufacturer was busy for years.
