“Throughout my life, music has meant a lot to me. I know that it is so for many other people. It has the incredible ability to bring with it happy memories in times of great grief, or even to transport us over long distances. But most of all, it is able to lift our spirit and gather us with our loved ones.

“The King's Music Room” will include artists from the 1930s, icons such as Kylie Munoog (Australia), Bob Marley (Jamaica) and Grace Jones (Jamaica), as well as a number of disco and Afrobite stars. The show will be broadcast on the Apple Music 1 digital radio as well as on Apple Music Hits. A standard playlist, only with the songs included, will be available on Apple Music for all subscribers of the service.
