iPhone 17: But good news at the prices?

For a long time, observers believe that Apple will turn the price screw on the iPhone 17 family. There are some reasons for this: customs -related delivery charging, inflation, structure, building new factories in India – and especially Apple’s attempt to keep the extremely lucrative margin up on the devices. But now there is a new analyst report, according to which the iPhone group supposedly wants to hold back. Only the iPhone 17 Air, according to the analysts, may be more expensive than the direct predecessor iPhone 16 Plus. The thinnest iPhone so far could justify this with the new form factor. JPMorgan taps a moderate price increase from $ 50 to $ 949, but it may also remain with the 16-plus entry-level price of $ 899.
