Google is close to making a deal with Apple to integrate its AI assistant Gemini into the iPhone, reported The VergeS This was made clear after answering a question from the company’s executive director, Sundar Pichai, during a court case against Google because of a monopoly over Internet searches.
The IPhone’s Gemini integration will be similar to that of Chatgpt with the voice assistant Siri, and with a more complex question requiring additional information, Siri will now be able to use Gemini to form its answers.
For the possibility of introducing other Chatgpt -like services at iOS Apple Vice President Craig Federig, he hinted last summer when the Apple Intelligence was announced.
