Changes in Apple’s European Management

According to a report, Apple’s European management faces changes. Mark Rogers, Vice President for the Western Europe area, will therefore leave the company in autumn. The manager worked for a total of 27 years at Apple, twelve of them – since 2013 – as Vice President. In his position, he is responsible for Germany, France, Great Britain and other important Western European countries. Reported by the personnel The US economic news agency Bloomberg first.

In addition to its Western European portfolio, Rogers also has a second area of responsibility that is even more important: he also bears the title Vice President of Global Enterprise Sales. At the same time, he is also responsible for Apple’s worldwide sales to corporate customers. Rogers under Mike Fenger, the Vice President for all sales areas (VP of All Sales), is assigned. Roger reports to Fenger, who in turn reports directly to Apple CEO Tim Cook.

In Apple’s sales organization, there have recently been different changes. Fenger had completely taken over a co-sales boss with Doug Beck by 2023. After Rogers departed, there should now be a split of its responsibilities, said Bloomberg. Juan Castellanos, Vice President for the regions of Central and Eastern Europe Plus Middle East and Africa, also takes over the Western European market. Vivek Thakkar is supposed to take over the Global Enterprise Sales area, he is currently responsible for the Enterprise Sales area in the USA and the business with carriers, i.e. mobile phone providers. Nothing changes at the report chain to Fenger.

In 2023, Apple had also rebuilt in other regions. At that time, India got its own sales vice president for the first time, since the most populous country in the world is becoming increasingly important for Apple- as a sales and production region. In this context, further structures were also touched.

Other management changes in Apple mainly concerned the group’s current “Pain Points”. Apple converted its Siri department after massive problems with modern AI, and another emerging area, the robotics, was withdrawn from the current AI boss.
