Apple and Samsung threatened Xiaomi with a court because of “offensive” ads

Apple and Samsung technology giants are threatened their colleagues by Xiaomi with a courtafter the Chinese company has made a series of ads in India comparing their products to those of competition. Despite their funny still life, the victims were not among the fans of humor in them.

In April, followed by a second wave of the same advertisement, which congratulates the first April, using the word combination “Happy April Fools Day”, to all users who think that the cameras of the iPhone 16 Pro Max can be compared to those of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra in the way.

According to Apple and Samsung, the Chinese company strategy crosses the good tone and has nothing to do with the “comparative advertising” law in India, which allows comparison of competitors, even when they are advertised in the free market.

This type of campaign is not really something new. Recently, Google released a joke promo clip for Pixel 10, in which under strokes Apple came and her endless woes in the field of artificial intelligence.
