Airtag hip in quick change plate for cameras

System cameras are not cheap – in addition to the body that can cost thousands of euros, the lens often devours a lot (or even more) money. It is all the more important to protect the devices from loss. Apple's UWB and Bluetooth tracker Airtag is often used for this, as this is comparatively cheap and reliable. But how should you attach the little day to a camera? The accessory specialist Elevationlab now has an answer: a quick-change plate (mount) made of carbon fiber material that has space for a hidden Apple tracker.

The Airtag Camera Plate Does not cost a cheap $ 20 per piece and is equipped with the ARCA quick change system (not manfrotto 200pl). It is said to fit most cameras from Sony to Nikon and is attached via a screw that can be tightened safely using Torx-Roter (supplied). The quick -change plate is somewhat higher than regular, but it does not notice at first glance that there is an Airtag because it concludes completely flush.

However, the idea itself is not new – on Amazon there are a number of competing products made of metal, among other things, which, however, look less high quality, but are priced similar to Elevationlab (each 20 euros). The Airtag Camera Plate is also 25 percent cheaper in the two package ($ 30).

Elevationlab recently launched a 10-year-air day housing with the Timecapsule. Thanks to two mignon batteries, it should last significantly longer than the button cell used by Apple. The price: $ 20 per piece, $ 40 in the four -time package. Also new is a kind of Safety lock for the airfare including cable connectors – But there is also a lot of competition at Amazon & Co.

However, the problem with Elevationlab products is currently that the company cannot deliver to Europe, which has done it without any problems for years. At the moment, the company's Amazon.com shop is not sent directly to the USA-or the products there are not even displayed there when surfing from Europe. Elevationlab could not tell when they could be delivered again.
