5G connectivity to the new Apple Watch devices will not be available anywhere

The newly announced Apple Watch Series 11, Apple Watch Ultra 3 and Apple Watch SE 3 bring with them a whole galaxy of innovations, one of which is the maintenance of 5G connectivity. However, it seems that this feature will not be available anywhere where the clocks are available for sale.

All three devices include an improved modem and antenna that allows the addition of 5G support but, Thanks to Macrumors We have learned that this functionality will be missing in many of the markets where Apple will offer its new smart people.

Countries where future owners will be able to compete with the 5G option are the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Switzerland, Spain, the United Arab Emirates, Thailand, Japan, China, Singapore and India.

However, quite large countries remain out of the Apple list, and we can see Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, as well as countries in Europe, South America, Africa and Asia.

The reason for the lack of this functionality in the aforementioned markets remains unclear. It is speculated that this move on Apple may be related to a problem with regulators at the local level or the lack of maintenance of this feature by the partner operators the company works with.
