Apple Watch Series 11 is here with new health features, improved battery and 5G connectivity

The new generation of Apple’s main smartwatcher series – Apple Watch Series 11 is here and it brings with it some key improvements, including a larger battery, new preventive health features and 5G connectivity. What else the series offers, we will tell you in this material.

Let’s start with the obvious – the dimensions of the Apple Watch Series 11 are saved and here we can again choose between 42 mm and 46 mm version. This is definitely good news for fans who are used to the size of the current and will not have to get used to a new one.

The clock glass includes improved scratch resistance, thanks to a completely new ceramic coating, which gives the ION-X crystal extra hardness. Titanium models still use sapphire windshield for protection.

Although the Apple Watch Series 11 uses the S10 chip as our predecessor, we can now rely on 5G connectivity in smartcist versions with the ability to use mobile data. Apple says it has completely changed the design of the antennas of the device so that it can provide a stronger signal than ever.

The innovations continue in the health function section. For the first time in the series, we have a detection of symptoms of hypertension and high blood pressure. Apple He shares that while the clock will not be able to detect all signs of the disease, more than 1 million users will be warned about them in the first year.

We also have serious improvements in displaying the quality of sleep. It already includes an official measuring system that is visualized in the form of accumulated points that show us how we spent our time in the Land of Dreams.

The results will take into account the length of sleep, whether we go to bed on time, how often we wake up at night and how long we spend in each of the famous phases of sleep. The system is developed in collaboration with companies developing sleeping pills.

Last, but not more important, the battery remains. Apple here promises 24 hours of life in normal use, which is a significant upgrade over the Series 10, where the battery life reached about 18 hours. With the fast loading feature, we should get about 8 new hours of work with just 15 minutes of charging.

The Apple Watch Series 11 is still available in Wi-Fi versions and mobile connectivity, as well as in a series of different colors. Regular models include black, silver, rose gold and gray, while titanium varieties offer the colors “natural”, “gold” and “cipher”.
