iPados 26 finally introduces a more comfortable multitasking

The long -awaited improvement of multitasking on Apple tablets will be a reality with the arrival of the iPados 26 soon, it became clear during the time of Company’s presentation part of WWDC 2025. And what exactly the big changes are, you will find out in the next material.

Let’s start with one of the most important multitasking features – switching between windows. It will now be easier than ever, thanks to the new Exposé feature. Through it, we will be able to see all the open windows available, similar to Task View in Windows, and select which one of them we would like to target.

If we want to have more than one application on our screen, we will now be able to change the size, minimize and close our windows through the new control buttons known to us by MacOS and Apple computers.

When the size of each application is changed, in the case of subsequent opening, it will be in the same shape in which we have left it, as well as the same posting on the screen. Thanks to the size change feature, we will be able to arrange as many windows as possible on our screen and even use a second display for an additional work field.

Using full -screen applications will now be able to take advantage of the brand new menu that includes submenus such as File, Edit, Insert, Format, Arrange, View, Window and Help. The search engine built on the menu will be able to easily detect the feature or auxiliary features you are looking for.
