The endless competition between Apple and Epic Games continues despite judicial decisions in favor of video game developer and creator of Epic Games Store. Another chapter in the saga consists of a new blocking of the return of one of the most popular video games in the world, Fortnite, on AppStore.
Let’s start with a minor background. The problems between the two companies date back to 2020, when Apple has removed Fornite from its online store after Epic includes links to perform transactions and buying items for the outside App Store.
Subsequently, the Developer account of the EPIC received BAS, which is active to this day. After Apple has lost the case of providing external sources of payment and alternative stores in iOS, Epic is making a new attempt to return Fornite to the App Store, but from a different Developer account.
The company creates the second account after the EU orders Apple to open its ecosystem for third -party stores and uses it to publish a version of the Epic Games Store for iOS within the Union. However, these surrounding actions seem to have not liked particularly on apple and they leave, to be said to a modern Bulgarian, the application of Epic of seen A few days in a row.
Apple Has Blocked Our Fortnite Submission So We Cannot Relex to The Us App Store Or to The Epic Games Store for iOS in the European Union. Now, Sadly, Fortnite on iOS Will Be Offline Worldwide Unblocks IT.

This leads to the withdrawal of the application and the launch of a new one, which was also in a long waiting process, after which it is blocked. Despite the loss of the aforementioned case, the court decided that Apple was not obliged to restore the original Epic Games account, which could also mean a new delay in this otherwise fast process.
As a consequence of all that said so far, in the official Fortnite account in X is messagethat despite the attempts, the game cannot be returned to the App Store at the moment and will continue to be inaccessible to all iOS users worldwide.
